Crowds line the streets of Ratoath and Ashbourne to celebrate St Patrick’s Day

St Patrick’s Day would not be the same without us participating in the local parades in Ratoath and Ashbourne, Co Meath.

In our trade mark red and white van, we joined the first parade in Ratoath before heading over to Ashbourne later in the afternoon.

Hundreds lined the streets to cheer on the colourful and energetic St Patrick’s Day floats which including representation from local schools, sports clubs, community groups and businesses.

We had a couple of surprise guests on our float to help us give out DBASS goodies. Winnie-the-Poo and Tiger, SpongeBob Squarepants and Despicable Me’s Minnion all joined the DBASS team. Robin was driving the van but did anyone see Batman???!!!
