About Alex Williams
What Alex does at DBASS:
Alex works in our busy Tax team as a tax compliance advisor. He heads up the Personal Tax Compliance Section assisting with various queries as they arise across other Tax heads.
What he brings:
Alex brings a wealth of expertise across areas such as personal tax and VAT and is always happy to share this knowledge with his team.
Outside of work:
Alex has a keen interest in most sports and music, playing the occasional round of golf and attending concerts. He also enjoys time with his family where he often takes on the role of “Head Chef” for family gatherings.

Ann manages the reception area at DBASS and is the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors. She ensures a warm welcome and smooth experience for everyone who comes through our doors.

Ann is an integral part of our team. Ann is the first person you will meet when you arrive and she makes sure everyone receives a warm welcome even when she is knee deep in paperwork.

Ann enjoys seafront walks in her native Skerries and is a regular at her local gym.
Barbara Farrell

Barbara works as a company secretarial specialist. In her role, she assists clients with setting up new companies, ensures annual returns are filed on time, advises on share transfers, and provides support to the Tax team.

She is kept busy with her three children. In her free time, she enjoys attending fitness classes and indulging in her favorite hobby—shopping!

Dermot is a Director at DBASS with over 10 years’ experience and heads up our Corporate Finance/Tax team. He supports business owners and senior managers across a wide range of industries, with their tax and corporate finance requirements.

Dermot is a qualified Chartered Tax Consultant and brings hands-on experience across significant corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, financial modelling, and business valuations. His calm, thoughtful approach helps him guide clients through complex projects with confidence.

Dermot is passionate about sports—especially GAA, soccer, and golf—and enjoys traveling when possible.
